I have been trying to contact the surgery for weeks. Today alone I rang 6 times and no one picks up but cuts the call. I’m very disappointed with this. In addition, I asked the Firs to help with my blood test as St James Medical Centre who refused to allow me access through the front door as I’m disabled.
