"Surviving through bad luck to the beginning of a new journey"

The story title says it all and don't want to include too much about my personal life plus it will would take mostly all day to get into detail.

Ive worked with Health in mind previously over the last five years, they did help at the time but most recently I've needed that extra support and was recommended to 'TalktogetherBromley'. I won't disclose any names but the counsellor that I was paired with has without a doubt has given me a new approach to life going forward. I couldn't be more grateful. I am due to have my first baby and mentally they helped me to re organise my thoughts and made me believe in myself to prove that I can do this as a single mother. Its mainly about the way of thinking and mental frame of mind. With all the pickles I've gotten myself into but yet got out in time before further mental damage and anxiety. I can now praise myself and give myself more credit that I am a strong and independent individual ready for the next experience in life going forward. 

I could not be more thankful :)
