Couple of weeks ago I was taken to St Peter’s hospital by two very kind , reassuring , caring ambulance people who stayed with me till I was passed on into the hands of other members of staff. It felt a bit chaotic and very busy for all of those who were trying to help many patients and I must admit I felt sorry for them as I sensed a high level of stress. Even so I was looked after as soon as possible and got all the care I needed. The doctor who saw me when blood results had come through was extremely kind and helpful. He allowed me to go home and would call me with more results as soon as possible. Already next evening I got his phone call with the advice given in line with results. My health is on the way up and I am very grateful indeed, especially with the doctor who showed real compassion and understanding. So an utmost thank you for all the care I was offered by those who helped and saw me on that day.
"Great care"
