"Lack of treatment"

Without my consent I was allocated a locum GP who had not practiced for some years. Now for 5 months this doctor has failed to do my referrals to specialists delaying my treatment by 5 months. They have constantly said they have done the referrals but the referrals team confirmed that this doctor did not do them.

Also for 5 months although I have a repeat prescription, the locum GP has constantly made errors with my medication under prescribing and leaving out life saving medication and all pain killers yet my surgery has been delayed due to covid. My monthly repeat prescription is very straight forward  every  month  this person makes  errors.

To make it worse a clerk who works for the council primary  care  contracts    called the pharmacy who wanted to order my repeat medication and told the pharmacist off and stopped them from ordering my medication and my medication is  now 18 days late.  

The  locum  made    errors  again.   The locum has been contacted by the pharmacy and me for 18 days and is refusing to do the extremely late prescriptions and extremely late referrals. This is delaying my treatment and certainly endangering my life.  I feel I am  being  subjected  to  health  inequality.
