Good Afternoon,

Thank you for sharing your comments with us, I am very sorry to hear that this has been your experience.

So that we can help you effectively, it would be appreciated if you could contact a member of the PALS team based at Tameside Hospital on 0161 922 4466 or via email palsandcomplaints@tgh.nhs.uk.This will help us to identify your husband and the best way to support him and you during his admission. A member of the team will be able to assist you with your concerns and hopefully provide the information that you need.

We look forward to hearing from you,
