"Missed appointment and no apology"

About: Gresleydale Healthcare Centre

Had telephone appointment slot for an asthma review, no-one called but the NHS app said appointment finished. Rang the surgery to be told all appointments are either morning or afternoon, not a set time, which I wasn't told. Then apparently the nurse rang when I was on the line and it was engaged. This is impossible as I can take two calls at once. Promised a callback, never came. So difficult to get in touch with them.
