Friendly receptionists also doctors are good. Problem is with prescriptions not being sent to pharmacy. Therefore causing alarm and distress when through no fault of your own, due to missed medication. Also I signed up to village surgery not crossways so why should I have to travel to crossways. A lot of poor communication regarding prescriptions.
