I rang the practice early in the morning asking to speak to somebody at the practice as i was concerned about my symptoms. I was contacted within 30 minutes by a senior nurse practitioner who made an appointment for me to visit one of the clinics. The duty doctor examined me and made a referral to the JR and i was there only an hour and a half after first contacting the practice. Everyone was kind and helpful especially useful as i was feeling really anxious. Thank you everyone at Bury Knowle
