I am a patent with respiratory physiology department and I have a sleep aponea machine which I use every night. I have an application pending for the last 9 months to be a bus driver and despite many requests from the DVLA sending forms to be completed and sent to the DVLA so I can get an all clear and they issue my driving license they have head nothing back from the Hartlands hospital respiratory physiology department. I phoned the dvla a week ago to see whats the hold up and they say they have wrote to them 6 times requesting the information I have tried chasing it up myself but my phone calls tend to go unanswered or when they do answer they promise me someone will return my call within 3 hours but the call never comes and the DVLA have told me that if they dont get the required information then my application for a bus drivers license will be rejected and I will lose my job all because they wont give the DVLA the information requested.
