Hi I just want to share my experience with E M D R. I can honestly say that the first day I started having this therapy I was in total denial it could ever work for me, I was badly disturbed with my past and I suffered with horrific panic attacks, I could not face each day but each session I found my self healing and coping with day to day life again, im so glad I stuck with this therapy because I can honestly say I feel happy again in my life thanks to inclusion.

Thank you for sharing your story and the experience you have had of therapy with Inclusion Thurrock. From what you have said, it is clear that your perseverance throughout therapy, has enabled you to regain control and start to heal; particularly as you said you had suffered from horrific panic attacks in the past! I think what you describe of being unable to cope with day to day life, is a very common experience for many people who consider support. Sometimes, that is the moment when you realise you need support and I am pleased you came to Inclusion Thurrock. Your perseverance has paid off and in turn you have regained happiness in life, which is lovely to hear.
