"Bad experience with reception"

I normally have nothing but good things to say about bitterne surgery but this time the receptionist was very rude to me and mum-shamed me for calling to get some advice from a doctor regarding my son's health, she tried to make me feel like I was a bad mum, I didn't argue as I was scared she wouldn't book my baby in. I spoke to the doctor about my son and he said that all what I was doing was correct and that it's always good to get doctor's opinion. Is not fair nor correct that the receptionist judge and try to make people feel bad for trying to get medical support.
