"The staff were fantastic but not enough disabled…"

We ended parking a long way away from the dept, There didn't seem to be any support for less able bodied OAP's and it was a bit of a nightmare until a nice man from the porter dept offered to help (it wasn't even his job but he could see we were having problems) He went and fetched a wheel chair and push my mum to the dept, All the staff were faultless and on the return to the car another nice guy from the porters dept saw we were having problems and helped us to the car. I can't fault the staff but these guys from the porters dept turned a nightmare trip into a much better one. I can't thank them enough. Names avilable on request :)
