"Lacking basic communication skills"

About: Albany Practice

Seeking a referral for appropriate and necessary treatment and was referred to the wrong speciality and department. This resulted in delay to referral and treatment but also added to the distress experienced from health condition and caused added stress, time and inconvenience of having to follow up and correct the error made by the practice. This is not the first time the process of seeking specialist care from the practice has resulted in such inconsistencies and frustrations. On raising no apology offered.

We are saddened to hear that you have not had a positive experience with the practice. We always try to do our best and do understand that sometimes mistakes to occur.

Again, we do apologise that you have had a negative experience with the practice and we hope that we can rectify this issue and change your opinion and star rating with us.
