"Rude Staff with no empathy "

I have never ever had a problem with this surgery before until today. My doctor was supposed to renew my antibiotics as i haven’t finished on them and i was told to pick them up today at the pharmacy(she even put it through as urgent). When i went they had no order of my antibiotics that was meant to be prescribed only another on going cream that i already had. I needed the antibiotics urgently as i only have 3 days left on them before i run out and without them my whole progress would run out and i’d have to start all over again. I rang up my doctors surgery immediately and the first lady was reassuring and so kind to me , and told me to ring back in about 45 minutes to check if the doctor had signed them off for me. I rang them back as they said and another lady answered the phone and she was so rude and blunt towards me , with no empathy for the fact that i was worrying about not getting my medication that i needed. She was just so abrupt with how she was speaking and didn’t really have a clue what she was doing. She didn’t understand that i needed them pills as they needed to be continuous and wouldn’t let me speak . I would not recommend this surgery anymore and am actually now moving surgeries as this service was disgusting.

Please contact the Practice Manager on 01375 373366 so this can be looked into as stated above it is normally good .
