"Rude receptionist "

I understand that they are under a lot of stress at this time but we have been through a lot as a family due to losing my sister to Covid and I have been shielding for over a year due to leukaemia, rang to sort out daughters vaccination and receptionist was extremely rude and practically shouted at me down the phone! Should not be doing the job if you cannot handle the stress, I came off the phone in tears

Dear Patient

I am sorry that you feel you were treated rudely by one of the Reception Team. I can most certainly say that this will not have been their intention. I am also sorry to hear that your family have had additional stresses during the period of the pandemic.

The whole team are trying their very best to deliver our usual exceptional service to our patients, despite the increasing demands and expectations put on upon them.

I would be grateful if you could contact me at the Practice as leaving anonymous feedback does not allow me to address issues that arise.
