I'm sorry that this was the case. It might be that you are under the umbrella of our case management team which sees people less frequently than others under the teams.

Please phone and ask for one of the senior practitioners or the service manager I'm sure they'll want to clarify the level of support available. equally if there are issues you feel you need support with they may be able to seek additional support.
