I took my dad to get his second vaccination jab today. I had no idea where I was heading. I ask a guy if he knew where the vaccination clinic was, he wasn't sure but knew it was up some stairs. Seeing my dad was in a wheelchair he went totally out of his way to take us to a lift.
We followed some signs and ended up in the wrong vaccination clinic, a lovely lady left her post, took us outside and directed us.
When we got close to the right clinic, we could see that there were steps down to it. A doctor saw us wondering what to do, called over to us and directed us in via a ramp.
The staff carrying out the vaccinations were kind and efficient.
On the way back to the car another member of staff saw us looking for the lifts, took us to them and put us in one.
So many kind people in one place! It restores your faith in humanity!
