"A well-oiled machine"

I attended a vaccine appointment at SSE Arena Belfast today. I expected mass chaos and severe delays and likely unhappy workers having to deal with so much. I found quite the opposite. Everything was a well-oiled machine from the car park team, to the teams directing people, to the healthcare workers administering questions, directions, and the vaccine itself. Everything was incredibly quick and efficient and the workers were very welcoming and kind. I greatly appreciated starting my day with such an easy process.
