After waiting months for an appointment and then it being pushed back by a further 5 months, I was very disappointed with my visit. The waiting area was busy and patients were not sat spaced out as well as they should of been. 2 out of the 3 receptionists had their masks down around their chins pretty much the whole time I was waiting, even when speaking to patients. I observed the senior nurse chatting with them and she never brought them up on it. One of the receptionists was quite rude too. I was sat waiting over an hour and a half and saw lots of patients approach the desk for help but they received an unhelpful and blunt response. Once I finally went in for my consultation, the clinician had no information about me and made me feel as though my problem wasn't really a problem and maybe I didn't need to be there. The clinician also took a personal phone call for a good 3-5 minutes whilst I just sat there. Very unprofessional and I feel quite uncomfortable about the thought of returning.
"Not a great first impression"
