Suffering with long covid and my depression has gone worse receptionists very dismissive and to be honest just this side of rude explaining anything is interrupted, they so need mental health awareness training getting told you haven't sent a online form when you have an fs number needed fit note renewal took over a week even when I explained my work needed it to cover my shifts causing me to have anxiety and panic attacks most upsetting to be honest one receptionist is lovely but I keep getting the one who is abrupt and quite unsympathetic

Many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that your recent experience has not been a positive one. Please can you urgently contact the surgery on 01942 481580 and ask to speak with the Practice Manager providing your full details so we can investigate this matter for you.

Our staff are busy dealing with hundreds of calls daily. Patients can also email us if there are delays on the phone. Please contact the surgery with your name and contact details to allow us to investigate further.
