About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Virtual Visiting Service

(as a relative),

Dad has been in hospital since January and due to the pandemic we have not been allowed to visit. This video booking service has been a life line to our family. The staff have been very accommodating and friendly. It gives us the opportunity to stay in touch with dad and see him. It also encourages him and reminds him that he is not forgotten. We greatly value this service.

We understand that it is very difficult for patients and their families to be separated at this time due to COVID restrictions, and to read that you find the service to be lifeline is very much appreciated.
