About: Intellectual Developmental Disabilities /Learning Disability Services - Community / Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team - ICATT (North & South)

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Over the last 4 weeks we  have been working with ICATT South to support  one of our residents. Like most people he has suffered with the lockdown, may be a bit more so because he had COVID 19 before ICATT started working with him.

As staff we  knew what we were  doing with him but wanted  ICATT  suggestions  in how we could support him  better.

We worked with Richard and Steph, it was  mainly staff interaction but we found the team very easy to talk to. And very quick to get back to us when we have phoned.
