I’m extremely grateful to the ENT team when I attended my appointment last Saturday afternoon. Thank you for bringing forward my appointment which had been delayed due to COVID and removing the troublesome build up of wax which had caused a sudden temporary complete loss of hearing in my left ear, for testing my hearing afterwards and referring me for further tests. I’m particularly appreciative of the excellent, responsive and caring treatment I received in the midst of the pandemic when I know NHS staff have been up against it this past year. It was wonderful to walk out into the sunshine after my treatment to hear the bird song - clear and bright - our sense of hearing is such a precious gift.
