"Very very very poor service "

I’m very upset with the phone service I can’t even believe it they don’t have a phone appointment available for the day as well, I understand it’s Covid-19 and they won’t give you easy appointment to visit the surgery but I don’t understand why can’t they just give us 5 to 10 mins phone appointment. Just imagine you’ve got stomach ache today and tell you to ring tomorrow we can’t do anything today.. I’ve been with this surgery over 30 years but they still treat you like no one, I hope they understand what I’m trying to say. I will be applying for a new gp soon
