"Maternity care unresponsive"

My partner is under the care of the Tulip team, part of St Thomas's Maternity care unit. She is now 23 weeks and has had concerns about gestational diabetes and other issues. She has called several times, never reaching a person, only an answering machine, and has never had a call back. She has also emailed numerous times again with no response whatsoever. What's the point of this team if they are not available to help? We can no longer rely on them. I am raising here but will find other ways to escalate. Want to share so others are aware.
