About: Woodland Hospital

Had Total Colectomy and was very impressed with the wonderful care and attention that I received from all of the staff. Pain control, with the help of the Pain Buster, was excellent. The atmosphere on the ward was cheerful and relaxed even at busy times. To have a room and bathroom to myself plus a wonderful view made such a difference to my mental wellbeing especially as I stayed for longer than expected. I felt very safe as measures for preventing Covid infection were strictly enforced.
