"Very poor experience at the breast clinic"

I attended the breast clinic, and was kept waiting 2 hours after my appointment time. I enquired multiple times as to what my I was kept waiting, and suggested I rearrange my appointment. No answer was given, but they kept reassuring me I was next.

After being seen I was referred for a mammogram. I attended, and was again kept waiting 2 hours, as no one had informed the radiographer I had arrived, so after much complaining, I was ushered in to a room with a quick apology. I was expected to dress in front of the radiographer. I felt ignored, belittled and humiliated.
