About: City and Hackney GP Confederation / Covid-19 vaccine programme

(as a service user),

I was welcomed politely and efficiently by all members of staff. I had been offered a vaccine but due to system error I had not received an appointment. This was dealt with swiftly and a vaccine for myself was secured.

Very happy with the overall service.
