"Totally confusing"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / Dudley Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

Last Sunday I attended the hospital for an appointment id waited a very long time for, once in the building the fire alarm where going off, luckily didn't seem a major situation,  your volunteer in charge couldn't of handles the situation any worse, she was all flustered and what seemed a total panic, definitely not what I myself and others want to see. I was concerned as my appointment time was coming very close and I mentioned this to your volunteer her response was for me to go away and reschedule this appointment, I've waited a long time for this. The alarm had passed and going against her comment I made my way to my appointment,  where I was greeted by staff who where aware of situation and thankfully I was seen by my doctor who was fantastic and very thorough.

I just hope others went to there appointment and didn't leave disappointed. I've never experienced poor judgement from your volunteers before so I'm totally shocked.
