"Incompetence"

About: Meadowgreen Health Centre

Due to the inaction of the Secretarial Dept an appointment I needed to make today has been delayed until Tues 6th April. I waited in all day for a return telephone call from a Secretary to arrange an appointment only to be told by the receptionist when I did eventually get through after trying continually for two hours the line being constantly engaged, that my request had not been actioned. I hope that someone will be reprimanded for this failure to do their job properly.

Dear Patient. Many thanks for taking the time to post feedback about our service. I am very sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with our service. On checking with the Secretaries, I understand that you spoke with a lady on 31st and we informed you that we were unable to move things forward until we had received your paperwork. The Secretary will be contacting you today to more this forward. Once again apologies for any misunderstanding.
