"Vaccination"

The whole process was simple and ran like clock work. The staff were efficient and polite and friendly. This was at the leisure centre in Craigavon N. Ireland. My only little gripe would be to cut down on the leaflets. Most people wont read beyond the first paragraph. Who reads off a paper nowadays? Save on litter, expense and time. Send it to the equipment they are continually plugged into. A small business card with contact details on it to point them in the right direction of the relevant information would be sufficient. However thank you so much for the injection and all your hard work.
