I had a lesion removed from my back at Forth Valley hospital. From my consultation in the dermatology department with Dr Craig and the procedure in the ambulatory care unit, I received excellent care. I was extremely impressed by the standard of care which I received. The staff in the ambulatory care unit, David, who carried out the procedure so perfectly, Lee-Ann and Abby were all wonderful. They were so professional and caring. From the moment that David greeted me in the waiting room I felt l was in safe hands. He was so calm and reassuring.
