"Great medical staff...but"

Phoning reception can be a hit and miss affair. Most of the receptionists are very friendly and helpful and take the time to listen, but I've had a few experiences with someone who is not. Several times I've called and been felt to be an inconvenience to their day and I've been hurried off the phone as fast as possible, once without even being given the chance to finish my enquiry. I've always believed that manners cost nothing and now dread ringing for advice incase I get this person. If they could please remember that people are ringing due to either not feeling very well or are seeking advice, they don't want to get off the phone feeling even worse. I know everyone is under pressure but that's no excuse for being plain rude. The doctors and staff nurse are lovely and I have nothing but praise for how they have looked after my needs.
