"DBT has been life changing for me"

About: South West Acute Hospital / Adult Mental Health Services

(as a service user),

I was diagnosed with EUPD (emotional unstable personality disorder) and got referred to the personality disorder service for dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT).

The DBT has been absolutely life changing and has made such a massive difference to my life compared to previous attempts at other mental health services which didn't help me a lot.

The DBT service is an absolutely amazing service and I would 100% recommend them.
