"Excellent services from a fab team"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Emergency Department The Ulster Hospital / Ward 9

(as a service user),

Came in through A&E recently. Service in A&E was very good, triaged quickly and as it was not as busy as usual went through A&E quickly. Felt I was extremely well looked after in a busy environment!

Moved to Ward 9 - what a team!! All I can say is treatment and staff were first class. I was kept informed throughout of what was happening and going to happen to me. I had numerous bloods, CT Brain Scan, Lumbar puncture and a CT Angiogram of brain, all services received were excellent. Nursing staff were lovely, Drs thorough - in fact all staff carried out their jobs professionally from staff doing tea trolley/cleaning to pharmacist. Words cannot express my appreciation for the care I have received and follow up planned. Referred onto service - MRI & physio in order to see if possible, injection can help my diagnosed condition. Excellent services from a fab team in very trying times.

Hi earthfm37

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience when you attended the Emergency Department. The staff will appreciate the positive feedback at this time as the department has been very busy.

I hope you are doing well and continuing to recover.

Kind Regards

Jenny

Interim Lead Nurse ED
