"Great nursing staff"

The service given by West Bridgford Medical Centre is excellent. They have been quick to further explore a medical issue that I have been experiencing that has been previously dismissed by other practices. I have been particularly impressed by one of the nursing staff who has great interpersonal skills and approaches women's healthcare in both a professional and friendly manner so that I feel at ease and reassured at appointments. Nurses like this make all the difference to the patient's experience, it is so appreciated and I'm sure is by other patients too.
