"Totally unhelpful"

Since day One of lock down they have been totally unhelpful,  First The pills I am on put me in the C E V group and I had not received a letter so I called them, the person I spoke to had the idea to STOP taking the pills ? then decided that the letters were nothing to do with them ? Then came the news that your GP surgery would be contacting you for the jab by 15/02/21 THAT did not happen either so I called them again I was told as I was NOT 60 or over I would have to wait I informed them I was in the C E V group, this did not matter as I was not over 60. I then emailed another medical centre - they got back to me twice in under an hour and I had the jab the next day.
