"Getting an E-pass"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary

(as a service user),

I have appointment tomorrow (Monday) and as appointment letter said went online today (Sunday) to get my e-pass but it is not working (page frozen). Needs to be more people friendly please.

Dear eckbk87,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I am sorry you had this experience. At the moment I am trying to ascertain with colleagues why this problem occurred and what we can do to rectify it. I also note your comments about the e-pass not being people friendly so we will look in to this too. If you have any specific views or ideas on how we could improve the e-pass we'd be really keen to hear them.
