About: The Highlands Practice

I tried to complete an e-consult on behalf of my son but it said I needed to call the surgery. I rang the surgery and held on for 26 minutes. This is not the first time I have held on waiting to be answered. Last time I held on for 45 minutes. Absolutely appalling service.

We are sorry to hear that we have not got our service right in our telephone hub. During the pandemic, we have been working hard to balance fluctuating demand for our services and staff absences, we are sorry that we have not got it right every time. We hope that you have been able to access the support that you need for your son. We have set up a project team to look at improved accessibility in the coming months which we hope will make a difference to our patients.
