"Excellent service"

I had the occasion to phone on a Monday morning for an urgent appointment for an eye problem that had arisen over the weekend. There was a normal wait to get through but by 9.30 am a Doctor had phoned me to discuss the problem and I received an actual appointment at 2.30pm the same day. Excellent service, very thorough examination and treatment discussed in detail. Went for blood tests/optician the next day and was phoned on Wednesday with results. Prescription was changed for thyroid & advice was also given on diet changes to help reduce cholesterol level too. Can't thank the team enough for all the care and understanding I received.
