Me and my wife are both patients at the thorndike medical centre and every week there seems to be a problem and when you have a complaint or a problem you can never get through to them my wife has a long term serious health condition and I also my health problems and every week we put in our perceptions a week before they are due for delivery and every week there is a problem with our perceptions and when you try to get in touch with the practice it takes about one to two hours to get through and when you eventually get through perceptions do not answer there phone most of the time so then you have to through to the main reception who then try to put you back through to the perceptions team and when they do not answer you are then told by the receptionist that it us not there department and there is nothing they can do this is simply not acceptable
