"Very poor patient experience"

About: Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust

I have been let down by the trust multiple times, but it is my local hospital so limited on choice. I have attended both trust hospitals over the pandemic, dysfunctional, lack of appropriate social distancing, disinterested staff not working on any thing Covid 19 related seem to have lapsed into a sloppy, lazy mode where they have given the patient the impression that they really do not care and would prefer to be else where. I am proud of my NHS as I work within it, but the level of service I have received and experienced has made me embarrassed as I feel that the " I do not care attitude" is unacceptable everytime pandemic or not a duty of care should be shown. I am frustrated that I have received no explanation from the department as to rational over my care or the significant delay as my condition was diagnosed prior to Covid 19 even arriving in the UK. I am reluctant to believe in PALS as I feel they are not independent of the trust at all. I remain angry that I have just been left to make decisions over my care myself that mean I can move forward as I feel cheated at this present time in having a quality of life that is acceptable to most people. I do not have tweeter may be I should as it seems the only way to get some dialoge going to to try express my opinion here or take my message to a greater more extensive media. I should not be gagged as Whistleblowers in the past have been ostracised or their posts not acknowledged due to offending the trusts, I beg to ask where else do patients go to ask questions such as why !!! As ringing PALS, trying to speak to Consultants has not be achievable due to the excuse of Covid 19 a telephone call does not put a person at risk, negligence does. I hope that this message gets through vetting as I have not been controversial, may be you will ban this as fails freedom of speech or vetting as I am a patient speaking their mind in words.
