"Friendly and relaxed at day surgery"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I arrived at the appointed destination 10 minutes before my time and had just sat down in the waiting area when my name was called. I was met by David who introduced himself, asked some relevant questions, clearly explained the procedure that would take place. We then entered the treatment room where I was introduced to Dawn who would be assisting.

The whole procedure was done very quickly and efficiently. I would very  like to thank David and Dawn for their friendliness and for the relaxed atmosphere, it was more like a social visit amongst friends.
