"Disgraceful receptionists"

About: Fusehill Medical Practice

After ringing continuously for 35mins I finally had my call connected, another 25mins of being told I was in position 1 in the cue, I was finally put through to the receptionist. They told me there was no reason I shouldnt have got through as there was 2 staff just sitting manning the phones. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional, very rude, interrogated me on why I required a home visit, pushing me to divulge private and traumatic information and reducing me to tears. Has now left me too afraid to ring them incase it happens again and now have to get a family member to do it for me. Was told unless I was given a 'label' then I wasnt ill enough to be visited at home. Have since had to have a specialist Dr having to request home visits for me, over a week since the letter was sent to them and im yet to hear anything, family unable to get through despite continuously calling over 100 times in an hr at various times of day.

If I wasnt in the middle of diagnosis/treatments I would be changing surgery!!
