"Her compassionate and caring nature"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

I have just returned home following a 6 day stay in FVRH with Biliary Sepsis and on day 2 I ended up with an episode of Septic Shock and wanted to highlight a young nurse called Steph, Steph recognised an emergency situation and dealt with it calmly and efficiently whilst keeping me calm! Throughout my stay I was impressed with her compassionate and caring nature, I was amazed to learn she qualified less than a year ago. Thank you Steph and all your colleagues!

Dear LM11

Thank you so much for taking the time write this amazing review.

I am very proud of all my staff in B11 they all work tirelessly to ensure all have a great journey through FVRH.

I have passed your comments onto Steph and she was very happy to have been noticed for her nursing care. Her words were "this has made my day". This is priceless considering the hard time we have faced through the past year.

I hope you are recovering well at home and staying safe.

Thank you once again for you kind words.

All the best

Kris Robertson

Senior Charge Nurse

B11 FVRH.
