About: NHS Forth Valley / Covid 19 Vaccination Programme

(as a service user),

I received both my covid vaccine injections at occupational health at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. I received an excellent service from everyone involved. I was running late when I went to get my second injection. I hate being late and was very anxious about it but the healthcare assistant who was on reception was lovely and said it was fine, she understood things happen. I am a nurse so got held up at work. I would just like to praise the service for an understanding attitude and a great service very much appreciated by myself.

It is so nice to hear that we have been able to provide patient centred care. The Nursing Assistants who help us have been a great asset, I am so pleased to hear such positive feedback.
