About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Gastroenterology

(as a service user),

I had an elective admission to hospital for an trial on nj feeding. I was very nervous about the treatment and coming into the hospital during the COVID pandemic. My experience was very good from start to finish. All the staff I met were all very nice, caring and kind. All the wards and services were all very well coordinated and made my stay very comfortable.

I was really happy to read about your positive experience while coming in for your elective admission even though you were understandably nervous about coming to the hospital during the pandemic. It is lovely to see that you were treated with kindness by all the caring staff you encountered.
