"Local healthy legs clinic"

I was recently assessed at healthy legs clinic, Darwen health centre and measured for compression stockings. Being housebound, I had the stockings delivered. Unfortunately they came without the means to put them on. Applicator handles did arrive but not the applicator itself, so there is nothing to attach the handles to. I've been trying to rectify this for 3 weeks. My pharmacist says they fulfilled the prescription correctly. My G. P says they prescribed what the letter from the healthy legs clinic asked for. I cannot find any way to contact the healthy legs clinic to rectify the situation.
