"I have waited 8 months for a diagnosis. Still waiting"

About: Croydon University Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

In August of 2020, I went to to a consultation to determine if I needed to get suspicious moles removed. It was determined it was and an operation finally happened in January. It is now almost April and I still have not found out if the moles removed were cancerous. I have made almost daily calls and emails and still no response has been given. How do you treat people like this? I am at my wits end worried sick if I have cancer or not and all I get are automated emails and answering machines
