I have not been to the GP for c.20 years as I have fortunately been in good health to date. Having moved back to Worcestershire some years ago, I have put off finding a GP practice, but the Covid 19 pandemic focused my mind somewhat. I have read a few reviews and listened to a couple of recommendations, then registered at the Crabbs Cross Clinic. Despite being in good health, my family circumstances mean that I care for two elderly individuals in very poor health. Ensuring I am fit and able to look after them is an obvious priority for me and my family. The practice provided both guidance and understanding given my complex circumstances. The staff were both helpful and went above and beyond my expectations in terms of both keeping me informed and coordinating with other healthcare services in what are already challenging circumstances. I remain both impressed and grateful. I have no reservation in recommending this practice to anyone.
"Very helpful and welcoming"
